I graduated with high honors from The University of Texas with a Master of Science degree in the School of Communication. I have 20 years of experience in education and was one of the founders of Rivendell School in Arlington, Virginia. 

As a coach, I focus on leadership training and personal development. I work with people of all ages and professions who desire to make changes and seek clarity and help in navigating those changes. I am certified as a Highlands Ability Battery™ feedback consultant, a state-of-the-art assessment tool that objectively measures your innate abilities.

I am a graduate of Coach University as a certified coach, certified by the International Coach Federation, and an affiliate of Talane Coaching Company.
