Vince Lombardi coaching the Green Bay Packers to victory in Super Bowl I, Bela and Marta Karolyi coaching Nadia Comaneci to become the first female gymnast to receive a perfect score of 10 in an Olympics, Phil Jackson and the NBA title legacy of the Chicago Bulls - these are all examples of how great coaching led athletes to great feats of athleticism and victory. Their enthusiasm, belief in their players, and, well, coaching, led their athletes to achieve the lofty goals they set their sights on.
Wouldn't it be great to have that kind of coach in your corner, helping you navigate your way to the business and personal successes you desire to achieve? Of course it would, and that Is exactly what Susan B. Seel, Life Coach, aims to do.
Sue Seel describes her coaching as "an action oriented partnership based on trust and respect," where she looks at where her clients are today, and helps them define the steps to reach their goals. Her client roster encompasses all different types of people, including business owners, executives, financial planners, high performance sales teams, boards, high school and college students, as well as people going through a life transition, such as retirement. "Coaches facilitate and motivate clients to realize their potential faster than they would on their own," said Seel. "They may need an objective sounding board; I make powerful requests; we work on time management and utilization, and we focus on their values, mission, life purpose, and how to maximize talent on the job," she said.
Sue Seel has great enthusiasm for coaching. She loves people and has a passion to help everyone she comes in contact with.
"I'm often the hub of the wheel," Seel said, in describing her role for getting clients on the road to where they want to be. She works in collaboration with many types of professionals, including financial planners for clientele looking to get their finances in order, to nutritionists for those looking to transform their health and lifestyle. "I'm not focused on competition," she said, "It's all about collaboration and transformation."
